B vitamin problems?

Hi, I don't take vitamins, as Im not sure whats actually in them. I recently purchased probiotic "shots" and after drinking them noticed they have added vitamins, Vitamin B's, C, E, and some others. I feel very jittery after drinking them, and think its the b vitamins - also my head has been really loud. Has anyone had any affects with their Tinnitus after certain vitamins?

XOXO
