Your blood tests show you are very hypothyroid and need thyroid hormone replacement. This is probably due to the Hashimoto's. Your parathyroid hormone is also high because of the hyperplasia which is enlargement of the parathyroid glands. It would be a good idea to get your calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin d checked too given your PTH result. Your doctor may also want to do a bone scan to make sure that they are ok.
I'm not sure what they do about parathyroid hyperplasia. I think they just remove some of them. You will need to keep an eye on your calcium levels until then. If you have any worrying symptoms before your next appointment it would be wise to get one as soon as possible.
Sorry I can't be more help.

I see from previous posts that you have apituitary adenoma and your dose was reduced for some reason. Is that correct? IF so then your TSH is useless as an indicator of your thyroid function and the T3, T4 levels and symptoms are what should be used to determine the level of thyroid hormone replacement you need.
