Help, please, with list of blood tests.

I am finally seeing the endo in a bit over two weeks. The key reason my GP was willing to refer was elevated BP along with being hypo. Antihypertensives have had no effect, but levo has made a difference. I need to know a broad range of bloods to ask for besides TSH, FT4, FT3, Vit D, Vit B12, coeliac. Thanks in advance for the help.

The ones you list are all good but I would add iron, ferritin and folate too, all can be low in hypothyroidism. It might also be worth asking for cortisol and and a blood sugar one (sorry can't remember what it is called - fasting glucose maybe?) Hopefully someone else might have some other suggestions. xx

Hi Also Ferritin/iron, often low.Most important diabetes, autoimmune and hormonal ,very similar are symptoms to start with, even the fussy brain!However, A good endo will not start too much new at one time.for safety and evaluation, so they will do all the bloods you need or if privately ask the GP to, on request I always take myself a prompt list with ,very useful!
