Quick, simple question regarding Genova tests

I have used Thyroid UK as my practitioner in the past to get Genova tests on my thyroid, vitamin levels etc. Can I use Thyroid Uk as my practitioner to get a full Coeliac screen carried out by them? They do a great test but of course need a practitioner name - can I do this one using Thyroid UK?

Have you checked to see if it's listed on the Thyroid UK leaflet here?

Ahh...no. Not on the list Should be! I hope Louise can help. I really need a comprehensive test done (GP has stopped at IgA, not good enough). I can't find anywhere else that does the same test Genova do.

Had a look, yes they do a good test. (Genova is cheaper though!). I will wait and see what Louise says, if not I will go with Blue Horizon (presume they don't need a practioner name).Thanks

I have used Blue Horizon for TSH and Ferritin testing with no problems and a quick turnaround - your results are emailed and are clear to understand. They have not asked for a practitioner name. I have just ordered the full thyroid profile from them.

Yes!! You can get any of Genova's tests by giving Thyroid UK as your practitioner!

You may not get a discount if it is not on our list, but you will still be allowed to have the test and you will get your results!

Woo Hoo! That's great thanks Louise. I don't mind not getting the discount, I just wanted to make sure I got my results. I used Genova before and found them really good. Very pleased! x
