Can you take amour with cafe latte in the morning?

I have heard that calcium and iron supplements should be taken hours apart but is there enough calcium in a lattes, (about 1 cup in total over an hour or two) that would block the uptake of the amour?

It wont block uptake, but it will hinder it. For best results you shouldnt take any milk within an hour of your armour.

Try black coffee or tea, or drink water (bottled waters contain calcium too btw, no idea about tap water, but it probably does).

I suppose it just depends on how much you want your health to improve as to how easy it is to give up your latte first thing in the morning.
