Temperature drops....?

Hi all

Does anyone know why my temps have dropped slightly since upping my Nutri adrenal and half a erfa? I am usually around 36.0 to 36.2 but recently since upping my Nutri adrenal and extra it's dropped to around 35.8....9.

Sorry, I can't help on this one. I would like to know the answer too. Since I increased my NDT by half a grain I have noticed my temperature has dropped a little too, so I will be interested to hear if anyone has any answers.

Unmmm I don't think so. Only really happened since I started upping things...

In my experience, a drop in body temp may be worth getting a blood test for just to check out what may be going on in your body. Remember though, any change in medication needs to be given time for your body to readjust to. I would monitor it over a couple of weeks and maybe ask for a blood test in a month.

Same thing has happened to me. I have upped my T3 by 5mcg and my temp' has dropped too!?

I'm not on any medication but am gluten and dairy free. Over Xmas I was thrilled to see my temp was up to 36.2 at one point (was originally 34+) but now it back to down to 35+. I'm wondering if the increase over Xmas could have been caused by alcohol with it being a stimulant? Feel free to tell me I'm bonkers-I'm just clutching at straws!

Well I had two pints of beer last night (my usual and only amount a week). After the second pint I get a runny nose and sneezing. Then the headache comes! Oh the head ache!! I've been laid up in bed with it all day today. I think at last I have worked out drinking alcohol gives my adrenals a battering!! Unless anyone else thinks otherwise...? I seem to always get these headaches these days, even after just one pint...
