I was looking into using the flabulos at my local salon, was wondering if this is the same thing? if so what benefits would it have for someone with Hypothyroidism and losing weight?

Ive not heard of your machine, so cant realy comment, however the vibroplate that I have is called "dynamax" and I find it helps with "fibromyalgia" which tends to sometimes marry up with hypothiroid long time sufferers.

I have no ilusions that it helps you lose wieght, without cutting down on goodies, but it is helping me , and I am 75. hope this helps a bit ....

Good, Im sure you will find it beneficial, I find it helps to keep your head tipped downwards, that way it doesent seem to shake your eyes, or the iside of your head on the higher speeds...

As it happens I think my brains got shaken out long ago....good luck X

Was considering one of these vibrating plates for myself as I have osteoporosis, along with hypothyroid... Wondering if any one has had success with this?

I have used one only once just before Xmas. I had a lot of joint pain in my legs, went on this for a rew times and the pain practically went as well as making my legs feel light and more supple. I intend to use it again in the New Year.

I'm so pleased you are using your vibration plate. I'm sure it is doing nothing but good and am definitely looking in to getting one myself! Any advice as to which one I should be thinking about?

Mine is kind of middle range, its called "vibroplate" cost roughly £250 from Littlewoods and I got mine on the buy now pay within 12 months and no interest which suits me fine.

Its sturdy and you can wheel it about if need be.....and "no Im not an agent"

Best of luck. and Oh! dont use it for at least 2 hours after eating !...good luck x

Hi all. I use powerplates every week along with running for my main exercise. I think they are fantastic and believe they really help with my neuropathy, as well as keeping me in shape. I'm sure they helped me get back into shape after my babies when time to exercise is scarce. Highly recommend them!
