my doctor told me my thyroid was all over the place but now my blood test have come back normal .still waiting fro another blood test and had another 24hour wee sample , finding this so confusing and feel so ill ,can i do anything to help myself

you will soon learn that docs telling us that our results are normal is very frustrating.
First of all ask your doc's receptionist for a printout of your blood test results. Hopefully they tested your Free T4 as well as your TSH. Let us know the results of these. Also ask what the lab ranges are for these. Did you have folate, ferritin, Vit B12 and vit D tested? thyroid antibodies?
What was the 24hr urine test for?
