as well as taking replacement thyroid hormones it’s absolutely essential to work on improving your terribly low vitamin levels

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Low B12

Have you been tested for Pernicious Anaemia

You may need B12 injections.

You need to be taking a vitamin B complex as well as daily B12 to improve very low folate and keep all B vitamins in balance

Take B12 and vitamin B complex after breakfast

Low vitamin levels are directly caused by being on too low a dose of levothyroxine

Vitamin D you need to be taking every day.

Aim to improve to atleast 40ng/ml

GOOD vitamin levels help tolerate increasing levothyroxine

75mcg is only one step up from starter dose

It’s extremely common to feel worse INITIALLY when increasing your dose of levothyroxine

You need to wait on increased dose and retest after at least 8 weeks

Get retested 8 weeks after taking euthyrox everyday

Test early morning and last dose Euthyrox 24 hours before test

Hi. Thyroid issues often cause sinus trouble which would account for the headaches and dizziness and tinnitus. Get an ENT doc to check properly and probably put you on steroid nose drops.

You are a poorly poppet. You need MORE medication you're just on a tiny amount and your disease is getting worse.

Please take care and let us know how you're getting on.
