Does anyone on here know how to interpret these results and have guidance on how and which thyroid meds would be better, ndt isn't working for me at all. The batches are completely unreliable, my tsh has bounced all over the shop on each batch , can't access ndt tablets it's all compounded in Australia

Hopefully someone who knows lots about these will come along soon as I am no expert. But it says you are going to tend to have low TSH ( so look less hypothyroid than you are) and not convert T4 ( storage hormone) to the active T3 hormone well.

This would suggest you need a treatment with T3 directly in it, such as N DT or T3 only. You say you have not got on well with NDT and you have been using Australian compounded NDT

Afraid I don't know anything about Australian meds. If you post the details of what you took, the results and ranges, and how tested (first thing in the morning, fasted, before meds etc) someone should be able to help. It might be possible to say if the NDT treatment could be improved, if not T3 alone may help.

Not what you're looking for?
