I have Graves’ disease and another blood condition . When I get a vaccine it reactivates my Graves which otherwise stays in remission. I have been advised to get the shingles non live vaccine which is two jabs. However someone mentioned that I might not need it, that it’s possible to get a blood test to establish if you have immunity against shingles. Has anyone else done this and what is the blood test?

I wish I had! I’ve had shingles three times and I was told that would not convey immunity. I’m not even sure if you can be immune? If you’ve ever had chicken pox…..
I have decided against having this because sometimes Graves’ disease sufferers can have reactions to certain innoculations. I had a really bad reaction to the Covid jab so I no longer have it.
