After viewing my last blood test my Endo prescribed me propranolol 2.5 mg and Tapazol (Methaimazole) 5 mg both twice a day. Can I drink them together or time apart?

They can be taken together. Most important thing with carbimazole is to take as consistently as possible, same time every day. I take carbimazole in morning with propranolol & have breakfast half an hour later.

When I took more than 1 dose I would time it so it was taken 12 hour apart eg 08.00 & 20.00.

Propranolol should be reduced slowly if stopping.

Thank you for replying, yes I'm taking the pills on the dot every 12 hours.

Metamizole (Nolotil) is an antispasmodic. I suspect you mean the ever-so-easily-confused Methimazole?
