After showing my test results from Medicare last year to my GP and he upped my Levothyroxine to 75 and 100 on alternate days. I did a Medicare test in February this year and readings have changed as follows:-
TSH 5.6 (down from 11)
Free T3 (up from 2.8)
Free Thyroxine 22.1 (up from 18.1)
I still feel exhausted and fall asleep during the day despite falling asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and generally I get 7 to 8 hours solid sleep at night.

Serum ferritin level is the biochemical test, which most reliably correlates with relative total body iron stores. In all people, a serum ferritin level of less than 30 micrograms/L confirms the diagnosis of iron deficiency
Never supplement iron without doing full iron panel test for anaemia first and retest 3-4 times a year if self supplementing.
aiming to maintain Ferritin at least over 70
It’s possible to have low ferritin but high iron
Test early morning, only water to drink between waking and test. Avoid high iron rich dinner night before test
If taking any iron supplements stop 3-5 days before testing
