HiI've been on 25 t3 since the end of August last year. Finally, I'm not so cold, I have new hair growth and have lost a few pounds. Should I be worried about my tsh? Has anyone managed to reduce their antibodies?
Thank you

All sounds very positive 🙂
Your TSH has always been at odds with your actual thyroid hormone levels so I personally wouldn't worry about that, antibodies are just indicative of the damage being done to your thyroid, some find gluten and or dairy free can help to slow the attack (I'm guessing you already are GF)
Free T4 (fT4) 14.4 pmol/L (12 - 22) 24.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 5.8 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 73.0%
Did you reduce your T4 dose when adding T3? You might want to nudge it back up a bit with a small tweak
How do you feel
Are you now not taking any Levothyroxine?

Many people find they need BOTH Ft4 and Ft3 at least 50-60% through range
Hi I'd gradually increased the t3 to 25 and am on 112.5 t4
Ah ok …..thought perhaps you had reduced levothyroxine more than that …..
Free T4 (fT4) 14.4 pmol/L (12 - 24)
Ft4 is now only 20% through range
Was test done early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
T3 ….day before test split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day, with last dose approximately 8-12 hours before test
If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test
If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal
