loered thyroxine from 100 to 87 and my tsh wentt high todays resaults
your TSH was 3.19 [0.27-4.02] on 14th December healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
t4 was previously 19.29[12-22] ,
what is TSH on this latest test , you haven included it ?
ideally you need to be on stable dose for 6 wks before testing , so it may be a bit too soon for your TSH to have settled after your dose reduction to 87.5mcg . TSH level may still change a bit .
but a rise in TSH , and a fall in fT4 is to be expected ~because you have reduced levo dose.
how do you feel ? (but as above , 4 wks is a bit too soon to tell how you will feel , it would be better to asses things after at least 6 wks)
Several members suggested when you were on 100mcg and TSH was 3.9 that you needed dose INCREASE not a reduction
TSH should be under 2 when on levothyroxine

If symptoms of hypothyroidism persist despite normalisation of TSH, the dose of levothyroxine can be titrated further to place the TSH in the lower part of the reference range or even slightly below (i.e., TSH: 0.1–2.0 mU/L), but avoiding TSH < 0.1 mU/L. Use of alternate day dosing of different levothyroxine strengths may be needed to achieve this (e.g., 100 mcg for 4 days; 125 mcg for 3 days weekly).

The optimal daily dose in overt hypothyroidism is 1·5–1·8 μg per kg of bodyweight, rounded to the nearest 25 μg.
Vitamin levels are low BECAUSE you are on too low a dose levothyroxine
Vitamin D in now deficient
How much vitamin D are you taking
Is it pills or mouth spray
B12 far too low
With B12 below 500 you will need daily B12 and daily vitamin B complex
ok i will increase i take 4 sprays two and two vit d i stoped to have the test done i also take 1.299b12 two sprays . what about prolactin is so high maybe thats why i get ligrains and hallos in eyes?thans for respoding i am really feeling very ill i will start tommorrow 4 days 199 and 125 for 3days tks
Only increase to 100mcg every day initially
After 6-8 weeks retest
Assuming test shows you need further increase then increase to 112.5mcg everyday and retest in 2-3 months
Meanwhile increase vitamin D
And continue taking up to day before next test
B12 increase dose and also continue taking up to day before test
Add a daily vitamin B complex as well, taking after breakfast
High prolactin is common with autoimmune thyroid disease
dont know why tsh is so high all other test are good
All other tests are NOT good
Free T4 (fT4) 15.59 pmol/L (12 - 22)
Ft4 only 35.9% through range
Free T3 (fT3) 3.54 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8)
Ft3 only 11.9% through range
On Levo most people when adequately treated will have Ft4 (levothyroxine) at least 60-70% through range
Ft3 at least 50-60% through range

You want to get
B12 at least over 500
Will need separate Vitamin B complex as well as daily B12
This will improve folate and keep all B vitamins in balance
Vitamin D at between 30-40 ng/ml
Increase your daily dose vitamin D
Are you also taking separate magnesium in afternoon or evening at least 4 hours away from levothyroxine
