loered thyroxine from 100 to 87 and my tsh wentt high todays resaults

i was feeling very ill on 100 euthyrox so i loered to 87.5 and todays test looks like this ft4 15.59 from [ 12-22] ft3 3.54 rom[3.64[3.1-6.8] prolactine serum is 40 from[ 4.79-23.3] low d 12.86 and b12 363 dont know why tsh is so high all other test are good i lowered only 12.5 mg per day why i was 3.9 before 3 weeks ago
