Can you please tell me the best vitimins to take after aThyroidectomy for Thyroid cancer. I have just found out that the Multivitamin spray I use has Iodine in and I understand that is not good after aThyroidectomy. I know I need Iron because my reading is only 14, but which other supplements would you recommend to be beneficial. I understand Selenium is also good. Can you please confirm that. Many thanks.
