In September we bit the bullet and went to Roseway. Helen had a consult and was prescribed 100 x 2.5 mcg T3 once a day which seems to have helped her as she is sleeping better.
Just went in to order the repeat the prescriber said she'd set up and altho I thought I'd set up an account for Helen when signing up I can't find it to sign in. We also have issues regarding photo id (No passport etc). So I'm not certain if we have an account as it needs this for verification. I've emailed Roseway and will be calling them Monday too about getting the repeat the Prescriber set up.
I have also today created a repeat review with the prescriber for 18 December to discuss the Blue Horizon tests being done Monday which may take 2 weeks to come through. Hopefully she will increase the dose based on the Blue Horizon test results. But we need the repeat prescription
Can anyone enlighten me on the Blue Horizon Process as I have kept all the emails following the Consult. And we got sent the drugs!
This is getting concerning as my problem is worsening and may come to a head sooner rather than later.
Help please.

Roseway are super helpful and if they’ve prescribed before then as long as blood tests and symptoms suggest the patient needs T3 they likely will again.
When I need a repeat prescription I just email and they send me a payment link, I pay and they ship.
Haven’t used Blue Horizon but similar I guess to others, the prescriber takes blood tests into account but doesn’t go solely by these.
Do you have an account set up? I'm not sure whether I did set one up as I can't find one on their site to sign into.. Does this make any difference? They've had the proof of Helen's issue so I don't see a problem. Account wise we have issues setting Helen up as she has no Photo ID!
Had I known I would have rung yesterday. Helen runs out of her 1st script on 10th January. I'm hoping we'll get the repeat which the Prescriber said she's set up as well as the bloods review so we are new to this game and this is the first time we've used them..
No idea, they have all my details from emails etc. been using them for years now.
They are super helpful on the phone, I haven’t heard about needing photo ID, they must be putting anti fraud measures in, just give them a call, it’s over a month till January, you will get it sorted before then. 👍
I use Roseway for non thyroid purposes. When I need a repeat I just email and they send me a payment link. I have no photo id either but its not been an issue. I have my annual review this week.
I, too, had problems setting up my account, but you can resolve the issue by phoning Roseways. Prescriptions are valid for a certain period of time during which staff will repeat the medication over the phone until it is time to have a new consultation. In my case ( I am on Armour ),the period is 9 months . They then review your latest blood tests and, at consultation, decide if your prescription needs changing. Allow 2-3 weeks lead time to consultation. Good luck!
We are just starting out and I have arranged a review appointment for 18 Dec. We have blood test tomorrow and hope to have results back by then to discuss with prescriber as she feels helen may be a poor converter.
I don't use T3 or Roseway but was wondering if they'd accept a proof of age card instead? I have had one of these for many years as I don't have photo ID and have used it a number of times to vote and also on a local flight. They're not expensive either.
Though it sounds like it may not be needed but could be worth considering?
Hi Helen does roseway labs prescribe thyroxin if I have my private lab results. Does it have to go through my own doctors, as I am subclinical hypothyroidism/ hashimoto. I am getting no where with my doctors. And the symptoms are getting on my nerves , cannot loose an ounce of weight and just feeling bloated all the time. Also constipation.
Thanks Helen, can you advise how much for medication. You can PM me. Would you get it when my tsh levels were 4.47 before that it was 11. TPO antibodies was 160 on down to 73. Because I eat a very clean diet due to having mcas and allergies but still cannot loose weight. Maybe 11b then it goes back to another pound on in one day .😊
They changed their policy or more likely new government forced them to do that. They can't prescribe meds themselves if you are first time customer. Now you need to have a prescription from your doctor. My sister tried and was told that same thing. Anyway, I did some search, I found many articles and even some older posts here confirming this same thing.
