All tests done using standard testing protocol.

Using 1.5 Meatavive II:

25/9/24

TSH: 0.29 (0.27-4.2)

Ft4: 12.2 (12-22)

Ft3: 4.1 (3.1-6.8)

My ft4 was probably low because I’d just stopped using a too high dose of armour which suppressed it.

Using 75 Levo solo, tried a couple of days of 3mcg t3 but decided to see what solo does.

28/10/24 (I know it’s too soon but I’m feeling so crap I’m at the stage of giving up) Again.

TSH: 0.19

FT4: 18

FT3: 4.1

My ft3 hasn’t budged and previous trials with Levo only showed good conversion, is there a reason it might be sticking?

Any input would be appreciated.

Theres still nothing in your profile and you have tried various different things. Some back history would be helpful.

Have you ever had positive thyroid antibodies?

Changing doses can make anyone feel awful. Best give it a few months before deciding how you feel on any one dose.

Retest after you've been on same dose for 8+ weeks.

Thank you Jaydee1507 - no I’ve never had antibodies, do you think I should test for them again? I haven’t tested for a while.

Next time you do a test then run them. You never know they might change but there is also such a thing as seronegative Hashi's.

What have you tried diet wise to help?

I’m gluten and (mostly) dairy free. How would I know if I’m seronegative and could that have changed over 3-4 years?

Antibody results could have changed, certainly after 3-4 years.

Have you had a thyroid ultrasound? If not then suggest you do.

If you have fatigue issues have a look at the work of Dr Myhill. She has many dietary changes to try.

Many thanks, I’ve looked at some of Dr Myhill’s dietary advice and whilst I imagine she has sound evidence for her beliefs, I’m afraid the paleo diet is just too restrictive for me and I’m not convinced that my diet is bad enough to warrant this fatigue, in fact it’s pretty darn good and I’ve had moments of non fatigue with the same diet so something else is up.

Thank you - I’ll arrange an ultrasound and test antibodies at next test.

Apologues, should have added that when I tried Levo solo previously I seemed to convert well.

Not much benefit in anything other than levo then.
