just another blood test, last one was in may. my levo was increased from 50mcg to 75mcg, I had been on a 100mcg before. I also take 15mcg T3 spilt in 3 doses.
Two things stick out to me the high cortisol and Magnesium. I had a 24 hours cortisol urine test which showed it to be low.
Weight still going on, energy and motivation, a bit better, (could be summer sun helping here)
Brain fog still appears unexpectedly every so often.
I would very much love your thoughts

if I remember correctly I was put on liquid levo 50mcg at that time as there seemed to be a issue with absorption of the tablets.. or it was because I had done a saliva cortisol which was very low. I can't remember exactly.
the high blood cortisol is a little confusing as both urine and saliva are low.
I am taking Mitochondryn to help with energy and Optiresol
always take blood tests at 8 in the morning and take no Levo for 24 hours previous and t3 12 hours previous.
the TSH will be low because of the T3.
I don't seem to increase the folate level what ever I take.
my urine iodine is also very low. I don't know if I should increase this. I have been prescribed some DHEA and have started to take some at a very low dose, so I can't say if it is helping.
If you're taking 75 mcg levo every day, you are getting about 49 mcg a day from that. And you need less iodine now because your thyroid isn't using any.
Ignore the magnesium result, the test isn't reliable due to the way the body handles magnesium. Your result could be well over-range by you could still be deficient in magnesium.
Magnesium is water-soluble, so any excess will be excreted. So, don't worry about it.
