Advice to return if problem persists or deteriorates (XabhI)

Test request Pathology Request (Awaiting Sample):

(Postponed), GGT (Gamma GT) (Postponed), 25-OH Vitamin D (Postponed), Diagnostic HbA1c. (Postponed)

The only tests omitted is Cortysol & T3! I give in. Test due 27th. We can see results on line so if its wnl in the main but low we will get a Medichecks Full works & 24 hour cortysol, Another £300 down the drain.

Any other suggestions for bloods? Not bothered wirh antibodies as Helen's known Hashi's.

looking at previous post here

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu....

Has she increased her vitamin D supplement

Is she now on strictly dairy free diet - frequently helps with sinus

Are you considering restarting T3 very very SLOWLY

I think she is on 2 x 1000iu Vit D a day. Not totally Dairy free. Has moved to Arla drink and very little dairy.

We need referral back to Neurologist to retry T3 starting at a low level. We have some K2

which we haven;t started because of some of its potential CVS S/E tho Helen is low risk.

So looking at previous post probably needs to increase daily vitamin D

Aiming to maintain at least over 80nmol minimum

Recommend 3-6 months zero dairy. Then reconsider

Lots of dairy free options these days

Rhinitis has been one of my issues for many years - especially since returning to UK. Colloidal Silver Spray sorted me along with XClear Nasal Spray as a preventative/protection product. Bought both on-line. 🌻

Me too. I use Colloidal Silver spray and also Neti pot when when snotty.

I also had to detox mould which settled in the sinus cavities.
