Trying to find T3 in Portugal or EU

Hello all- I am an American living in the Algarve. My Endocrinologist here( in Porto) has written a Rx for Sanofi Thybon immediate release(to be taken in small doses over the course of the day) to replace the compounded T3 medication I brought from the United States. I have no idea where to get this Rx filled. She told me it is not available in Portugal but maybe have it shipped in from Germany or France? Please message me any and all useful links and trusted pharmacy information! Thanks in advance for the information!

No T3 available in Spain or Portugal.

Do check the legality of personal importation - it varies by country.

My documents do require updating but are generally right for EU countries.

Thybon is usually called Thybon Henning (Henning is owned by Sanofi) and is from Germany. 20 microgram tablets.

Afraid I cannot suggest any pharmacies but there are many online German pharmacies (apotheke) and you need to check them until you find one who will accept a prescription from Portugal. That is not automatic and depends on the individual pharmacy. I sense a lot of emails coming on...
