TBG result... new to me

I've not seen this tested before but I'm interpreting it to show I have the balance of oestrogen and thyroid hormones about right... 😏🤷‍♀️

Interesting, where did you get it tested?

It was part of the Randox Discovery Test, I usually use Medichecks Ultimate Performance (which makes me laugh!) annually but this was on offer and £50 cheaper with a few more interesting things added

If you are feeling better, I myself wouldn’t be taking too much notice of TBG. It is a binding transport protein and another mechanism to help control thyroid hormones.

Generally you don’t want TBG too high or it can risk binding too much thyroid hormone but by the same note it can become high to encourage more thyroid hormone when levels are deficient.

Basically this result needs reading in context with other results. Do you have them?

Interestingly they don't make comment on sex hormones...
