carbimazole and iron supplements

hi all, I have very low ferritin and need to supplement iron. Do I need to take my carbimazole away from iron or it doesn’t matter?

Iron blocks or reduces the absorption of practically everything. So I would suggest taking the iron and carbimazole separately by at least four hours.
