Cortisol saliva test and NDT dose

Hi, I'm doing a Regenerus cortisol saliva test tomorrow.

All ready and prepared, I stopped biotin supplements a week ago, etc.

However, when I did the last cortisol saliva test I was not taking NDT.

Do I take my NDT morning dose before the 8am saliva test or after? (I usually take it around 7.30/8 so I can do it before or after.)

I think is says to take medication as normal

It also says no food or drink in the one hour before saliva sample. Do 1st sample 1/2h after waking, set alarm.

Having read that, I filled in the form and indicated 12-24h since last thyroid dose.

Yes- continue with thyroid meds as per usual but stop ACE obvs if you are taking it x

I read the links and decided to take Armour on waking, then did the saliva sample 1/2h later. As that’s a normal day.
