Not sure sure on these or how to analyse them as never had done before:
CORTISOL (SALIVA) WAKING *23.300 nmol/L 14.00 - 21.00
CORTISOL (SALIVA) 12:00 8.260 nmol/L 4.00 - 9.00
CORTISOL (SALIVA) 16:00 *7.020 nmol/L 2.50 - 7.00
CORTISOL (SALIVA) BEFORE BED *13.120 nmol/L 0.80 - 4.50
I'm hugely glad to be honest as a few years ago before I quit gluten, I had very low levels and failing adrenals. So I suppose at least they're still not low again lol!!
What can cause these patterns and what can I do?
Somehow I'm less stressed at work lol!! Not sure I think it's this though but I do eat more regularly at work. The morning one was before I took my T3 and the morning and late evening is when I am the lowest on T3. Also the hungriest? can any of these make a difference?
