Interpret test results - advice please

I've been on 75 mcg levothyroxine since 23 August 2023. I've taken levothyroxine since January 2023. Is this the correct dosage now? I've never had any of the conventional hypothyroid symptoms, except for extreme anxiety and disregulated nervous system, gut issues and tinnitus. On the 75mcg I feel that I may be slightly more anxious than before, but this may well be due to other factors. I've been seeing a functional doctor, and have been gluten free since diagnosed with Hashimotos in August (previously vegan, now eat eggs and fish but dairy and soya free). I now intend to see a somatic therapist and to try TRE exercises to regulate my nervous systems. Many thanks.

Welcome to forum

“extreme anxiety and disregulated nervous system, gut issues and tinnitus” those are conventional thyroid symptoms.

Your anxiety could be caused by high FT4 & low FT3

FT4: 21.7 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22) 97.00%

FT3: 4.3 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8) 32.43%

You aren’t converting well.

Optimal nutrients can help improve this.

B12 & Ferritin look ok. Have folate & vitamin D been tested?
