The Thyroid UK website is separate to the Thyroid UK HealthUnlocked forum. The forum moderators have no access to make changes, etc.

If you find any issues at all with the website, please let Thyroid UK know by using their feedback form. This also allows you to send pictures (such as screenshots) which are not possible with private messages/chat.
