Chart comparing contents of Vitamin B Complexes

Dear Friends,

Very recently, a chart comparing the contents of the various Vitamin B Complexes was posted, and I accidentally deleted the post before copying and saving the information. I believe that one of the Thyroid UK administrators put together the chart. I'd appreciate it if somebody could point me toward the source of the information, and/or a discussion of that topic.

Really useful, from  Regenallotment I think there might be one left to add if it passed muster by Vitabright Super B Complex, much like Igennus but with B4, B8 & B10
