7 weeks Levothyroxine 100mcg
Blood taken 9am, last dose 4am previous morning (is 29 hours ago too long)?
FT3 is still low in the range and TSH now below range.
I do feel heaps better but still not quite there..

The longer time gap would make a slight difference, but impossible to tell by how much. I think that even if you'd only left 24 hours you would still be showing as a poor converter. Your TSH is low because your FT4 is high.
Essential to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin levels
When were these last tested
What vitamin supplements are you taking
Previous vitamin testing showed optimal vitamin D and B12 levels always come back as too high.
If not supplementing B12, high result can be deceptive

Previous post shows you have Hashimoto’s
Are you on strictly gluten free diet or dairy free diet
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I’ve always been suspicious of my high b12 as I don’t supplement, I know how difficult it is to interpret b12 results, I will think about them again.
I am close to gf and low dairy, it’s not free but it’s as good as I can manage right now.
I’ll have another look at vitamin levels generally too.
Thanks for that.
