Coeliac test

HiI have to book a coeliac blood test are there any specific times or what i should or shouldn't eat or should i fast ect. ?

I have a similar question, I’ll be interested in replies. GP wants me to eat gluten and get tested.

i've never understood that approach .. if you're already gluten free and do this , and the test comes back positive .. what are they going to practically do about it , other than tell you not to eat gluten ?

GP is trying to rule things out for me, it’s one of a raft of tests she just ordered. I shall be thoroughly investigated in the next few weeks. 🌱

But if the test comes back negative because you were NOT eating gluten, you'd not be diagnosed.

Very helpful I took their assessment again and tick a lot of boxes.

ThanksI have been eating gluten so im ok to book the test now, my 26 year old grandaughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease a few weeks ago ive asked her to get thyroid tested.
