After a long grind of 20 years to get thyroid meds my t4 was 42% in range on 2nd June

83% in range on 21st June

60% in range on 26th July

The t3 on these dates were

37%

21.6%

37.8%

I ignore the tsh these days .

My table is on the link below

Behind those numbers are the following

2/6/23 : blood test at 6am before taking the Levo ( medichecks)

21/6/23 : blood test NHS at 10.30am.No Levo that morning .

26/07/23 : medichecks 6am . Levo taken at about 4am . This is because I forgot I should not have taken the tablet ..Still brain foggy

I would welcome any opinions /thoughts observations . I had hoped that my mental health/ affective disorder ( anxiety) would get better by now ..as it is it is pretty bad .

Have you started a B complex or anything to improve your low B12 result as per this reply on a previous post? healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

I suspect your anxiety won't improve until you get all key vitamins to optimal and raise your FT3 higher.

I'm not sure which result to pick to comment on and as there are variations in timing and when you last took Levo its an unclear picture.

Were you on the same dose of Levo for all 3 results?

It's strange that when you took your Levo at 4am prior to Medichecks test it has come out lower than the previous test.

Suggest you email info@thyroiduk.org for a list of T3 friendly Endo's. Pick a couple then make a post asking for feedback. The post will be closed and feedback sent to you via private message.

I dont think you can meaningfully compare these results as they were done at different times and with different timing of Levo dosing.

You need to keep all variables the same to be able to directly compare the results it’s easier if you do your own tests or insist on an early blood draw at the surgery.

also I can’t access the google doc with your results it says I need permission, so I can’t see them to comment.

OK noted

I did get on to the results, just now. I think you need some t3 to get those percentages up a bit.
