just listened to today's Food Programme at 15.30 via the BBC Sounds app. Really really interesting about the effect of nutrition on the brain and the importance of omega 3. It's half an hour and a must to listen to in my opinion.

I saw a former GOSH dietician for my son’s wonky health earlier this year. She told me to give him oily fish twice a week and Norwegian omega 3 tablets too, as a basic first step all children should have.
