Has your FT4 & FT3 been checked? review on TSH alone insufficient. Your actual levels could be very low. Tingling in hands and feet could be B12. Other than vitamin D have you had any other key nutrients tested such as Folate, ferritin?
Are you taking any medication? Anti thyroid or Levo?
I can't add to that I detailed some months ago, and to offer a considered opinion we need to see blood test results of a TSH,T3.T4, thyroid antibodies and your ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin D :
These can be undertaken privately if your doctor will not action these for you.
There are full details on the Thyroid uk website and suggest you start by getting these basics bloods done so we can try to work what if anything needs to be adjusted.
P.S. - If you intend to order private blood test Medichecks, one of companies who offer this service, generally offer a discounts on a Thursday.
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies
Ask GP to test all four vitamin levels and thyroid antibodies
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or thyroid antibodies or all relevant vitamins
