Thyroid cancer signs please
Have you changed anything lately like adding new meds or the way you take your T3? It may just be that you need more T3.
Tsh has gone up lately .
This would usually indicate that you need more thyroid hormone.
What were your latest results and when did you take your last dose of T3 before the test?
What supplements are you taking and what were your latest vitamin results for ferritin, folate, B12 & D3?
It's ideal if you can always get the same brand of T3 at every prescription. You can do this by getting GP to write the brand you prefer in the first line of the prescription. Many people find that different brands are not interchangeable.
Hi thank you would a change in tablet make me cough etc
Which brand of T3 were you taking before
Which brand now

Thyroid cancer is diagnosed by specific appearances of nodules and biopsy. There is rarely any change or difference in thyroid hormone levels - i.e. if you levels are low because of Hashimoto's or high due to Graves, that likely won't change. The great majority of people treated for thyroid cancer had no symptoms prior to finding a nodule on a neck check by self or doctor or something showing up "incidentally" on imaging done for something else (my thyroid cancer was found on a PET scan for lung cancer).
The "giraffe" pattern (pseudo nodules) noted in Hashimoto's are (according to radiopaedia.org/articles/gi... is benign but problem nodules should be visible if they are present.
The advice already given on vitamins and T3 level testing is probably what's needed.
