I’d love some tips on what success people have had with supplements and adaptogens for sleep. I’m on Levo , have been for years and just started t3 in addition. I used to be a great sleeper but since going into peri menopause I wake up and am wake for hours.

How much T3 are you currently taking and are you splitting dose as 2 or 3 doses spread through the day

There’s nothing on your profile

But …Looking at previous post

Your ferritin was terrible

Presumably you are working on this

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Magnesium at bedtime can improve sleep

As you have Hashimoto’s…Are you on strictly gluten free diet and/or dairy free diet

Have you considered HRT since you are perimenopause? Declining estrogen can cause sleep issues. If you start on HRT, you will need to watch your thyroid closely because it can effect it.

Perimenopause and menopause can cause sleep issues big time. I would start there first. And although everything is linked - a drop in thyroid meds might exarbate the issue, it did for me.
