vitamin b complex question

Right I have been taking my B12 supplement for a couple of weeks now and have some Thorne basic B complex being delivered soon.

Do I take both or do I just take the B complex on it’s own from now on?

Continue with the B12 until your serum total B12 level reaches 550ng/L (or pg/ml) or 406pmol/L - pmol/L has the narrower range, ng/L has a wider range. When retesting B12 continue supplementing up to and including the day before - you want to know what your dose is achieving.

If you test Active B12 then aim for 70+ before stopping the B12 supplement.

So take B12 plus B Complex for now but remember to leave B Complex off for 3-7 days before any blood test as it contains biotin which causes false results.

Once you've reached a B12 level of 550ng/L or 406pmol/L you can then stop the B12 supplement and just continue with the B Complex.
