Probably the best B complex value for money would be this one on Amazon containing 90 soft gels. I've looked around at vaious makes of B complex and some of them contain cheap ingredients, also lower daily % values that wouldnt be so helpful in raising levels to optimal. Its a fine line with buying something cheap as with some of the cheaper products you may as well almost not bother at all.

Jaydee that one contains vit c and b12. It is recommended to take vit c 2 hours away from b12 for max effect.

This is from Mayo Clinic:

"Taking vitamin B-12 with vitamin C might reduce the available amount of vitamin B-12 in your body. To avoid this interaction, take vitamin C two or more hours after taking a vitamin B-12 supplement." mayoclinic.org/drugs-supple...

I use Thorne Basic B Complex at the mo. uk.iherb.com/pr/thorne-basi...

But I was just looking at options for you and notice that Nutri-advance seem to do a B complex without Vit C and I would be tempted to try it next time I buy:

nutriadvanced.co.uk/vitamin...

The Nutri- Advanced is cheaper than the Thorne and you get 90 tablets instead of 60

Probably cheaper as it contains half of what the Thorne B does. You get what you pay for.

I thought 10mg was enough

Yes, that is the amount recommended not to exceed for regular use.

Here are 3 versions of almost the same supplement in liposomal capsule form, some of us use these and are happy, just look for the cheapest at time of purchase which you should be able to get for £20 for 90 days' supply and they contain methylfolate not folic acid:

Vitablossom:

hempoutlet.co.uk/vitablosso...

Yipmai:

Pink Tribe:

No, it doesn't contain Vit C. It's the one I use and if you check the label there is no mention of Vit C. It's Igennus Super B that contains Vit C.

Quinc The exact same B Complex is £19.99 with free postage from this supplier

hempoutlet.co.uk/vitablosso...

The Amazon one is this Vitablossom supplement rebranded specially for Amazon, so it's cheaper to buy from Hemp Outlet (I've used Hemp Outlet and they're fine).

No, it doesn't contain vit C and I wouldn't recommend one that did. I think you're thinking of the Igennus one which looks cheaper BUT you need to take 2 a day. This one is a 90 day supply and what people here been recommending since Basic B went AWOL.
