methylfolate drops ok?

Hi, I'm trying to move to spray/drops vitamins as I'm not absorbing tablets well.

I was recommended Jarrow Formula Methyl B12 (£28 amazon)

Is it ok to take methylfolate as drops please?

I'm looking at BioCare Nutrisorb Methylfolate (£23 amazon)

Both are 400mcg folate.

Thank you!

Looking back at your previous post you were only taking half the recommended dose of the Igennus B Complex. Usual dose is 2 per day which many people don’t realise. healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

If you take enough of anything you will absorb it but if you want to go the liquid route there’s no reason why not it likely more costly.

Yes, I did so and I finished them. I replaced with B complex drops as my gut absorption is poor. I also do B12 drops. Now buying the methylfolate.

I take metabolics liquid folate because the B complex alone, although it raised my B12 very well it didn’t seem to be impacting my folate. I also like that it has no additives
