I don't think it's high enough to worry too much about, but you seem to be getting a lot from your diet. What fish are you eating loads of and how much iodine is in your vitamin tablet?
I eat fresh sashimi grade tuna cod haddock salmon . Fish x5 times a week
chlorella and spirulina total 500mg a day

This product does contain very small trace amounts of iodine from naturally occurring sources and, as such, the actual amount in the product will vary by batch. In our last batch tested the amount of iodine was approximately 5% NRV so should not present an issue for those with thyroid conditions.
The NRV for iodine is about 150mcg daily for an adult so if your supplement contains approx 5% that would be about 7.5mcg.
It would seem that you are getting quite a lot of iodine from the fish, with cod and haddock being the species with higher amounts from what I've read. Also iodine is present in milk, yogurt and dairy products so unless we are dairy free we can get quite a lot of it there too.
Add to that the iodine we get from Levo - approx 62mcg per 100mcg Levo.
So all in all you can see that is a lot of iodine and if it was me I'd be cutting down the amount of fish you consume per week (maybe twice a week), have a more varied diet.
I find the texture of fish and digestion so much easier . Thank you . I will take on board . I’m not digesting properly and in tears my muscle mass is so weak I’ can’t lift my water 2 liter water .
lol I used milk thistle and NAC it did reduce especially the billirubin - but since the t3 started it has been high the ALP and ALT but the last test it was ALP Bones 90 - max is 70 . Suggesting high turnover in so confused
Yes I was told about milk thistle and used to take 800mg at one time but not now.
Also it I thought it helped with my digestion but we are talking about 2.1 t3 at the time.
To be honest I’m not sure how much it helps but I think it helps bile flow. I’m in a pickle as can’t digest anything
my bilirubin was about 18 (max 20) but another test it was 6 . I think milk thistle does help and intake NAC 1800 mg but read NAC helps T3!

I don' think the issue is when you take them - but the fact that you are taking milk thistle products at all.
If I have understood, the issue is in how some constituent(s) of the milk thistle affect your biochemical/physiological processing of thyroid hormones. And without further information, It's impossible to know if any impact lasts only a short time, or hours, or days.
However, the information is so sketchy, and we are all different anyway, it puts anyone who wants to take milk thistle in a difficult position. About all we have to base it on is whether we notice any effect from taking it.
I have read that taking chlorella and/or spirulina (both super-healthy supplements) will aid mercury detoxification, but it does seem important to reduce the amount of fish you eat first. All fish contain mercury, because it is in the sea (from rubbish dumped). The mercury stays in the fish, so the higher up the food chain they are, the more mercury they contain. For this reason eating fish only twice a week is often recommended, and stick to the smaller ones, which don't eat so many other fish!
Unfortunately fish often contain high levels of mercury. Best to go for fish low in the food chain eg not tuna, (sardines are better). Such high levels of mercury will be causing you problems. Can you eat more eggs, cheese or nuts instead of so much fish?
There are three supplements that I can think of that improve digestion:
Betaine hydrochloride increases the stomach acid which helps with all digestion, especially proteins. (But this would be a problem if you are taking anything because the doctor says you have 'high levels of stomach acid' eg GERD). But always take it with the food you want to digest better).
Digestive enzymes will help digestion all round. Again take with the food you want to digest. If you have not tried these, it is definitely worth it. A health food shop will sell them.
If neither of these help, you could try Organic cider vinegar. Put up to a tablespoon (start with a teaspoon) in a glass of water, and drink at any time. This should help all round, but it will take time.
