Is there a Vade Mercum (like Helvella"s medication list) available on here for Vitamin brands and ranges please?

I noticed your trying to track down the correct vitamins, same here, its a complex task for sure and while I don't as yet have a list to hand over for you this article gives you a good background on what it is you need to try to find in all your vitamins. Hope it helps, its taken me about a month of research just to find this one article.
