Wondering if somebody could take a look and advise?🙏

January bloods

B12 - 561 (197-771)

Folate -11.3 (3 - 26.9)

Vit D -108 (

Ferritin - 76. (13 -299)

Transferrin sat - 38% (19 -43%)

TSH 0.06 (0.27- 4.2

T4 free - 14.3. (12-22)

Free T3 -4.1. (3.1 -6.8)

The thyroid levels are my optimal as any higher and brain fog descends!

They look okay, but are these vitamin levels optimal though? I stopped supplements after this blood test to give body a 3 month rest as I read somewhere that can be a good idea? Symptoms have built over the last few weeks are - sensations in my head, dizzy/woozy sensations, headache, tinnitus as though my heart was in my head. black circles under eyes, appetite gone, taste buds seem to be asleep, tired after easy walking - no stamina for excercise at all, brain is fatigued although physical energy is pretty good. Blood test next Wednesday to check levels again.

What replacement thyroid hormones are you taking

Levothyroxine or levothyroxine plus T3 or NDT

Was test done early morning

Last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Day before test split T3 or NDT and last dose 8-12 hours before test

What vitamin supplements do you take

Are you on gluten free diet or dairy free diet

Thanks Slowdragon,

I’m taking 100 eltroxin and 10 Thybon daily

Not on dairy or gluten free diet. Tested negative for celiac and the thyroid issue is not autoimmune .

The test was 9am and I followed the forum’s advice for splitting doses.

I’m currently taking no vitamin supplements … stopped in January for 3 months

Ft3 is low

Do you take 10mcg as 2 x 5mcg

Suggest you add 3rd 5mcg dose so taking 3 x 5mcg at roughly 8 hour intervals

Suggest you restart taking daily vitamin B complex and vitamin D
