Hi, sometimes I wake feeling slightly bloated and take apple cider vinegar which works fine. My question is should I leave a gap before or after taking my levo and t3?

With T3 you should be fine. Levo I wouldn't be so sure so leave an hour to be on the safe side.
You might be better taking the ACV before your main meal to help your digestion and absorption of nutrients at that time rather than morning. Worth a try.
I’ve read somewhere (possibly Izabella Wentz or Dr Sarah Myhill) that lemon juice in water taken with T4 can help Levo digestion/absorption … it seemed to be encouraged. I haven’t tried it personally, I tend to take mine and go back to sleep for half an hour then pop in the shower. By the time I’ve finished faffing an hour has passed and I can gobble my breakfast smoothie etc 🌱
