Apple cider vinegar - dilution and how much to take?

How much should this be diluted? How much should I take and how often? Should it be kept in the fridge?

Any other info gratefully received. Thanks!

When I was taking cider vinegar I diluted a tablespoon in a full glass of water and just drank it over the space of about an half an hour. Not always easy but it works for reflux.

Thanks very much Joanna, most helpful. Good to hear that it's worked for you, I'm hoping that it'll sort out my (self-diagnosed) low stomach acid.

I have also read that you can add a little honey to the mixture.

Yes I put a teaspoon of honey in not too warm water add a tablespoon of cider-vinegar.Drink it straight down,first thing in the morning.

Steep some cinnamon in a mug of very hot water ,let it cool slightly then add your acv & honey.,.
