Bright-eyes,

Iron and calcium are binders so must be taken 4 hours away from thyroid meds. Everything else 1-2 hours depending on what you read. Vit C can be taken with thyroid meds to help absorption but be mindful of accompanying fillers.

Bright-eyes,

I do take a Vit C but it's within a combo power so no use for helping thyroid meds go down. What I do is put fresh lemon slices in the glass of water that I take to bed. Its yummy first thing in the morning and will help thyroid med absorption.

I buy lots of lemon and limes at a time, slice them up and keep them in the freezer so don't have to mess about before bed.

If you don't want fillers then avoid tablets, they need fillers to be able to make a tablet.

You mcan find excipient free capsules or you could use powder form of Vit C. Maybe consider Acerola Cherry or other food source Vit C.

Time Health is one company who offer Acerola Cherry capsules and powders

If you prefer ascorbic acid form of Vit C then Peak supplements do capsules without fillers

Lots of choice out there, just Google "Vit C without fillers".
