This one is supposed to be good, it's a combined D3/K2 supplement, has 3,000iu D3 and 50mcg K2-MK7 per 5 drops. The K2-MK7 it contains is the better All-Trans form rather than the Cis form:

It may also be available on Amazon.

You just use the required amount when you know how much you need. 1 drop - 600mcg D3.

Don't forget that besides K2-MK7 the other important cofactor when taking D3 is magnesium.

I have used Nutri Advanced Vit D3 with K2 liquid for several years and successfully raised my Vit D to a good level.

Better you D Sprays are very good . They come in different strengths and are well absorbed.

I just switched from Better you spray to Nature Provides as Better You has many fillers. In my own case I prefer no fillers.
