hi just a theory... I'm very low on vit d . can it give you the "restless legs syndrome"

I think it might do. I'm very low in vit D I get like a sensation like ants crawling on my legs very strange sensation. Also get it when I'm taking vit d. Not sure if it's related to low vit D x

thanks I've looked at that. I didn't get a y sleep last night till about 5 a.m all I can say atm I'm on holiday from work lol

Magnesium is also a very common cause of restless leg syndrome, it could be worth considering that too. I've heard magnesium tests aren't very reliable, but I think supplementing on the off-chance isn't a risk.

that's next thing I'm gonna do after doc visit on 22nd need t get meds sorted as being undermedicated and low vit d

d is practically non existent

it's in the lowest of the low in my results. which are somewhere on the site.

and tgab are well off the scale .

I hav finally got a docs appointments on 23nd. I will bdowoading and printing off all the stuff I have received off here includin g my thriva results

can the doc make me have another. blood test
