Hi , I ordered some T3 as suggested a good couple of weeks ago now, the tracking details seem to stop when it arrives in theUK but the number is not recognised on the Royal Mail site as it suggests it might be .
Any one else had experience of buying from abroad please. How long did it take?
I cannot speak for T3 specifically, but I have several times found tracking fine up to the UK, even (for example) Heathrow Airport. Then nothing for some time - though two weeks is quite a while.
However, Royal Mail has only today announced they are taking parcels for abroad after their major cyber-attack.

While that is about sending abroad, I'd not be at all surprised if they have been struggling in both directions. Including things like tracking.
Did you contact an admin to ask about the supplier you are using?
Feel free to send me a Private Message saying who you are dealing with and I'll check with other admins if we are aware of issues.
Thank you Helvella I’ll give it more time- I still haven’t worked out how to PM people on here . - I paid to Montenegro and it was sent from Greece with tracking detail in what I assume was Greek to begin with and then nothing .

Afraid I do not have any sources to suggest. (I don't buy T3 - nothing that needs prescription so I can just use a reputable German supplier. )
But I can check with the other admins if a source you are told about is a known problem.

I've bought from Mexico a few times now with no problems and good customer service. My orders have taken three to four weeks to arrive with fully traceable tracking all the way.
Unfortunately, I then fell for the special 'Christmas offer" scam of NDT from Europe from a site that mainly sells t3. After over two months of waiting and a load of ignored emails, I've accepted that I've been scammed. They did supply tracking details (that weren't translated into English) which said that my order has been delivered within a couple of weeks when it most definitely hadn't.
I hope that it's not an order from this European site that you're waiting for.

Hi RedApple, I’m not sure if it was admin or not, but a couple of people gave me the same details. A bank account in Montenegro and a contact in Greece.

If anyone sends you supplier information, please contact an admin before you go ahead with any payments. Admin are aware that there is at least one untrustworthy supplier that messages members with their website.
Admin are not allowed to recommend suppliers, but we can let you know if we have good or bad feedback about specific suppliers. So do check with us first!

A delay at UK customs has always been a risk of imporing meds reported by members, sometimes weeks or months, although I have never experienced it.
I think you have been unlucky .
On the flip side we occasionally get it zipped through customs so fast it avoids the detection of import tax and I saved about £70 once and the £8.00 RM handling fee!
If the meds are showing to have arrived in the UK, I have would feel pretty confident they will arrive at some point but there is no saying when.

What I don't understand is if there has been a tracking number generated then a package must have been sent. No?
Tracking numbers from outside the UK that don't showing up in a UK tracking system are more than likely invalid. I don't claim to know how they do this, but we know that they do and many people have been conned out of their money this way.
Hello Ratkinson this is very familiar to me. Montenegro and Greece. Sorry to say I haven't received my T3 which I ordered at Christmas. Tracking stopped at UK. I suspect a scam. 🙁

do you have the airway bill number, you should be able to just google that and find tracking. They may be waiting for you to pay import fees but don’t have correct contact details for you
