Thiroyd delivery issue

Hello Everyone

I am in the United States and I purchased thyroid medication from Thailand. My order shipped out on Feb 9th and I still have not received it? Can someone tell me what I should do? Is this normal? I really need this medication.

Well the thailand tracking # says delivery was attemped on feb 26 and the adressee (myself) was not available...thats not true ...and they would have at least left a note at the door. Im waiting on reply from supllier

Can you check with your US mail system and query the attempted delivery, if they have no record of it then you should tell the Thai supplier.

Well according to the thai tracking # it said there was an attempted delivery by usps on feb 26 but the addressee was not there...but that isnt true...they would have needed to leave a note if i had to sign for it. Im am home all day anyway. Im waiting to hear from the supplier. And today is sunday so i cant contact the post office until tmrw

You should contact your local USPS delivery office, and they should have a record of who was on your route on that date and then carry out an investigation.

I think this depends on where you are. Where I used to live, delivery services were not always as good as they should be. But where I live now, they are all great and will do their best for you.
