Delays and more with T3 delivery

Just a word of advice to those members taking T3 only and reliant on ordering from a certain company working in Greece with a bank account in Montenegro. I hope I am not breaking any Forum rules in describing them.

There are delays in T3 being sent out as, apparently, they have had a rush of orders from UK and cannot post within a week or even two of receiving payment. They are clearly stressed about it, have been extremely aggressive with me when I suggested it was unfair not to tell peoole this when they checked there was stock ( which is a question to satisfy worries regarding consignment, surely) and have refused to add any information to advise us on their website. Why should they? was their response. They have added that we are to blame by ''panicking'' ( personally I was simply short of T3).

Apparently my order valued at 120euro was sent out 'standard' post - whatever that means - with no tracking information. This made me angry ( clearly) as surface mail will take 2 or 3 weeks - their response was that they would not be selling to me again.

In short they cannot cope with a rush of orders and if you have an alternative supplier I would advise using it.

Greek supply has been virtually non existent for well over a year

Many people have never received anything, or only a part order after many months

You may need to consider reordering from elsewhere

catrich, No, you're not breaking any rules. And thank you for posting this so that others know what the situation is. This supplier has been a frequent source of problems for years now. As SlowDragon suggests, you may need to look for a new source.

Thanks to you both. I haven't had problems with them previously - must have been a fluke! Have ordered twice in the last year. But will indeed PM for alternative supplier. Sigh.

You must now take into account 29th March. If you are going to order from a new supplier you do not want your order to be in transit when we go over that deadline. I import and export for my business. There is zero clarity for business on shipping at that time.

So either order immediately and pay for premium shipping or, if you can, wait until April and see how things have panned out before ordering.
